Die Marke KaVo steht für höchste Qualität und besten Service. Dennoch ist es uns leider nicht möglich dies für alle auf dem Markt befindlichen Röntgenprodukte der Marke KaVo zu liefern. Explizit betrifft dies Produkte, die vor März 2023 unter der Marke KaVo produziert und in Verkehr gebracht wurden.
Bevor KaVo Dental zur Planmeca-Gruppe gehörte, war das Unternehmen Teil des Danaher bzw. dann des Envista Konzerns. Seit 2017 wurden von Envista Röntgenprodukte unter der Marke „KaVo“ vertrieben, die sich auch heute noch als KaVo-Geräte im Markt befinden. Da sie nach wie vor zu Envista bzw. zur Envista-Marke „Dexis“ gehören, bedeutet das, dass KaVo Dental weder Reparaturen noch Ersatzteile oder sonstigen Support zu diesen Envista-Produkten bieten kann und darf.

The KaVo brand stands for the highest quality and the best service. However, unfortunately, we cannot deliver this for all KaVo X-ray products on the market. This explicitly applies to products that were produced and marketed under the KaVo brand before March 2023.

Before KaVo Dental became part of the Planmeca group, the company was part of Danaher and then Envista. Since 2017, Envista has sold X-ray products under the "KaVo" brand, which are still on the market today as KaVo devices. Since they still belong to Envista or the Envista brand "Dexis", KaVo Dental is unable and not permitted to offer repairs, spare parts or other support for these Envista products.
